6.4 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta), you have the right to withdraw from any distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, as our matching service is free of charge and begins immediately upon form submission, and is fully performed before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal does not apply to our intermediary service. Any withdrawal rights regarding paid services provided by matched third-party providers are governed by your agreement with that provider.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of How to Poland and is protected by Polish and international copyright laws.
