Polish verbs change their ending to match the person. Learn the pattern once and you can say I / you / he / we / they for most verbs.

Drop the pronoun
Because the ending already says who, Poles skip 'ja / ty / on'. 'Robię' by itself means 'I do'. Add the pronoun only for emphasis.
